The Long-Awaited LunaBulls DAO is finally coming to fruition! The LunaBulls team has been internally figuring out how to structure The Bull Club and deciding on what features it will have. Follow @BullClubDAO on Twitter to keep up to date!

Staking

It’s happening! Everyone has been asking for it, so we’re delivering. Stake your LunaBull(s) to participate in on-chain DAO voting and proposals, as well as to participate in numerous future NFT airdrops that include Items for the MetaVerse, Utility NFTs, Merch, Tickets for DAO events, and more. There will be more Staking Utility to be announced in the future too!

We also have some LunaBulls stats on display at the top.

DAO Assets

The Bull Club DAO Assets will be on display. From CW-20 Tokens to NFTs as well as the various yield rewards if the DAO plans to. If the DAO plans in diversifying the treasury to be interchain, we will display non-terra native assets too. (Assets not accurate in image)

We have decided internally to adjust the distribution of our sales commision from all marketplaces to benefit the DAO treasury. This following will be the commision distribution going forward*:

20% — Angel Protocol Donation
20% — Team
20% — Marketing & Overhead
40% — DAO Treasury

*Subject to changes

Governance

We are so excited to enable the community to become more involved in the development of the project! We are launching on-chain governance as well as our DAO Forums (forum.lunabulls.com). A few key points as to how the voting and proposals work:

• You must have at least 1 LunaBull staked to participate in voting AND to submit a proposal.
• Submitting a proposal requires at least 1 LunaBull staked as well as 10 LUNA.
• We will not have a “No With Veto” voting option but will bring it in if necessary. A passed No with Veto vote would mean that the proposers LunaBull and 10 LUNA will be redirected to the DAO treasury.
• Quorum will be set at 20% (of Staked LunaBulls) to begin with, if the DAO feels this is too high or low they can vote on changing it.
• The Forums are open as of now. Feel free to begin discussing potential ideas for proposals — forum.lunabulls.com. We will conduct voting in our discord until the on-chain voting launches.

Airdrops

We are launching an airdrop tab where Staked LunaBulls can claim all future airdrops that we are dropping. These airdrops can include items for the MetaVerse platforms, Utility NFTs, Merch related NFTs, Tickets for DAO events, and more. We plan on having monthly airdrops in the near future. 👀

The Rupture

We all are aware of this interface. We’ve moved the Rupture into The Bull Club as we feel that it doesn’t need to be accessible by non-LunaBull holders.

We have also updated the designs to fit the new general theme.

We are guessing this is the information that you’ve all been waiting for! We are proud to announce the Toxic Tesseracts and the Toxic LunaBulls!

How does it all work? — The Toxinomics (Patent Pending)

We feel like everyone will be excited for the next phase of LunaBulls. This next phase is the biggest operation that our Team has worked on and there is so much info to share. So much info in fact that we will be publishing another medium article in the coming days to explain the entire project, from the distribution mechanics to the artwork and the future of the Toxic LunaBulls.

Here are some key points to get you started:

• It’s completely free, all you need is 3D LunaBull(s). Crazy right?
  All 3D LunaBulls will be able to claim a FREE Toxic Tesseract! Oh, but it gets better. There will be 8500 Total Toxic Tesseracts up for grabs, one for every 3D Bull (assuming all tesseracts are bonded).
• There is not only one type of Toxic Tesseract, but three!
  - Tier 1: Toxic Tesseract (7480 Total)
  - Tier 2: Toxxic Tesseract (1000 Total)
  - Tier 3: Toxxxic Tesseract (20 Total)

• The Toxic Tesseracts will be distributed via a randomised lottery system on-chain and we will be implementing an exponential chance multiplier that gives bulls with higher rarity a higher chance to roll a Tier 2 and 3 Tesseract. We will be releasing our Toxic Tesseract Distribution mechanics in the Toxinomics Article soon.
• The Toxic Tesseract Lottery Claim will be open forever, so even after the launch of the tesseracts, you can still upgrade your 2D Bull to 3D and receive a toxic tesseract.

Using the Tox(xx)ic Tesseracts

I guess you are all asking, how do the tesseracts actually work? Here are a few key points:

• The Toxic LunaBulls are a completely new collection.
  You can use a Toxic Tesseract on any 3D LunaBull and you will receive a completely new Toxic LunaBull NFT.
• What will it look like? Well, this is the fun part!
  - If you use a Toxic Tesseract you will receive a Tier 1 Toxic version of your 3D LunaBull, with the same traits but toxified.
  - If you use a Toxxic Tesseract you will receive a tier 2 Toxxic version of your LunaBull, with the same traits but toxxified.
  - If you use a Toxxxic Tesseract you receive 1 of 20 Ultra Rare Custom Toxxxic LunaBull. These are not based on the traits of your 3D LunaBull. We can’t wait for these to be revealed. They’re so dope! 👀
• Each LunaBull can only use each type of tesseract once. e.g If a Tier 1 toxic tesseract has been used on LunaBull #1090, it then has been (tier 1) toxified and cannot be used on it again.

Bull Swap

This is a fun one that our team member Coleman thought of! Don’t like the look of your LunaBull? Or like to risk it for the biscuit(a rarer LunaBull)? Introducing the Bull Swap.

How does it work?

Simply choose a LunaBull that you want to gamble on, and click spin.
Spinning your LunaBull chooses a random LunaBull from a pool that we have bootstrapped with 30 LunaBulls. The Rarest LunaBull being in the top 150, and the lowest being in the bottom 1000.

It will cost $UST to spin and all the proceeds will go straight to The Bull Club DAO Treasury. More details about the odds and mechanics of this feature will be released closer to the launch.

Wen?

We are going to keep this quiet for now, for a few reasons:

• This project is the biggest we have ever taken on. The Website development is extensive and the artwork is an incredibly large operation.
• Last launch we thought we were going to be able to launch in December, and ended up launching in February. We’ve heard your feedback and feel that rather than announcing a date before we’re ready, we will just keep it quiet until we are certain that we are ready.
• We want this drop to be as much of a surprise as possible — The Artwork, the Launch Date, everything. We teased too much before the launch in February and feel that that was a mistake as it suppressed a lot of the hype.
• We are now getting all of out smart contracts audited. (See below)

Security

We have decided that it’s best for the project to take some serious security measures going forward to ensure the security of everyone's NFTs and funds. In saying this we are contracting SCV Security to audit our current smart contracts and all future smart contract developments. We want to instill confidence in our community by making sure that there are no smart contract bugs that might be detrimental to the project.

Bull Dash - What is it?

Bull Dash is the first game to launch in the LunaBulls Arcade. We have plans to develop many more. Here’s just a brief overview as we are releasing the entire whitepaper soon.

• Bull Dash is an arcade-style, play-to-win, non-stop running game that utilizes the Baby Bulls Collection. If you own a BabyBull you can play.
• There are multiple levels in the game, when you pass a checkpoint you earn lottery tickets. The further you go, the more checkpoints you pass, and the more lottery tickets you earn.
• The aim of the game is to run as far as you can, dodging all obstacles and NPCs, whilst utilizing different kinds of power-ups to help you go the distance.
• Each week there is a lottery draw and the winner wins the weekly prize. The weekly prize will be from a reserve that utilizes Anchor Protocol. The weekly interest from that reserve will be the weekly prize. The LunaBulls will be bootstrapping that reserve with 25000 UST.
• Each wallet holding a BabyBull will be able to play 3 free times a week and every play after that costs 1 UST. If you want you can leverage your game to earn more tickets per checkpoint (See below)
• 100% of paid and leveraged entries will go directly to the bull dash reserve. This means that the Bull Dash Reserve increases weekly, therefore the weekly prize increases weekly, forever. 👀

MetaVerse Development Updates

We thought we would update you all with the MetaVerse character developments.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago the game character development team that we have been working with was held up by the current ongoing conflict in Ukraine. The team was immediately relocated and informed us that they would be halting operations for at least 2 months. They also informed us that their entire team is all evacuated and safe!

Due to the uncertainty with the timeline of the conflict our team decided to try “shopping” around elsewhere. We are now working with a new development team to deliver the MetaVerse enabled LunaBulls. We are very confident with the decision to take onboard new developers and we think that you will be impressed with the quality that they produce.

In saying this, due to the changes the LunaBull MetaVerse development has been pushed back for at least 2 months. We will be able to provide more accurate release information in the coming weeks as we work with the new team. Luckily this doesn’t affect anything on the development side as the LunaVerse and other Terra-based MetaVerse platforms aren’t ready to implement 3rd party projects yet.

Fun Fact: The LunaBulls team is brainstorming ideas to create their own MetaVerse platform.
