Howdy Stampede 👋! It’s been a crazy couple of months finalizing the artwork and smart contracts for the Tesseract launch (along with building & launching the BabyBulls), so we are PUMPED to finally announce that everything is polished up and ready to go! We’ll start by answering the most important questions first:

What Are the Tesseracts, and What Can They Do?

The Tesseracts are 3D cubes from another dimension that entered the 2D Terraverse through a rupture in space-time.

Discovered by the LunaBulls as the 10,069 Tesseracts fell to their world of Tauraei-5, they soon learned that touching a Tesseract would transform them from their flat, pixelated, 2D selves into new, buff, 3D Bulls.

However, each time a LunaBull touched a Tesseract and evolved to their 3D version, the Tesseract vanished.

Now, let’s break it down. The Tesseracts are a collection of 10,069 Tesseract NFTs that will be distributed via airdrop claim to LunaBull HODLrs and a holders-only + public mint (more details further down).

Tesseracts can be:

HODLd (I mean, that animation looks pretty cool tho, right?).
Sold on secondary marketplaces.
Used to upgrade a LunaBull you own.

The Tesseracts will be available to list on Luart within 24 hours after the public mint concludes. But the real hype comes from using a Tesseract to upgrade your LunaBull.

What happens when you upgrade your LunaBull with a Tesseract?

This is where the secret sauce of the Tesseract comes in (that’s right, that yum yum sauce) and also what makes LunaBulls the world’s first ever inter-dimensional NFT collection. When you upgrade your LunaBull with a Tesseract:

The Tesseract NFT is “bonded”to your LunaBull NFT.
– This consumes the Tesseract NFT, it cannot be used again.
– Each LunaBull can only have 1 Tesseract bonded.
The 2D version of your LunaBull is locked away in the Tesseract smart contract.
You receive the 3D version of your LunaBull (with the same traits).
You can switch your LunaBull back and forth between 3D & 2D versions whenever you’d like after a Tesseract has been bonded to it.
– Swap back & forth on https://lunabulls.com (details further down).
– Whenever you swap, the non-active version of your LunaBull NFT is stored in the Tesseract smart contract, only accessible by swapping back.
Within a few months after public mint concludes, each LunaBull with a Tesseract bonded will also receive a fully metaverse-compatible, 3D rendered, and optimized-for-gameplay version of their LunaBull (again, with the same traits).
– This will happen automatically once we’ve finished optimizing the 3D files for gameplay (you won’t have to do anything to claim). Keep an eye out for more info following the Tesseract mint 👀.

You read that right, brother bulls! Bonding a Tesseract to your LunaBull not only gives you a 3D version of your LunaBull which you can swap back and forth 3D<>2D at any time, it will also give you a metaverse-compatible LunaBulls character, playable in any Metaverse games we partner with on Terra.

We are currently in talks with Lunaverse to integrate the LunaBulls as playable characters (for all LunaBulls with a Tesseract applied). We love the idea of building a sick LunaBulls HQ in the Lunaverse, having hangouts & events, and packing it full of fun benefits exclusive to LB holders. We’ll also be looking to partner with future metaverse/gaming platforms launching on Terra to integrate the LunaBulls as playable characters.

Tesseract Airdrop Claim & Mint Details

The Tesseract launch will begin with an airdrop claim for LunaBull holders, continue with a holders-only mint, and conclude with a public mint of any Tesseracts remaining.

Supply: 10,069 Tesseracts

~4,800 airdropped to LB holders.
~310 airdropped to Alpha Bulls (OG community members).
100 set aside for Pylon Protocol lossless pools (more details after mint).
This means there will be ~4,850 Tesseracts available for the holder’s mint, plus any unclaimed airdrops.

Cost: 200 UST (or LUNA equivalent).
You can mint using either UST or LUNA. Gas fees must be paid in LUNA, so be sure to keep at least a small amount in your wallet. 35% of Mint proceeds go to the BullDAO wallet!
– We have big plans for the BullDAO, and are working to build on-chain governance as we speak. First DAO proposal coming shortly!

Airdrop Claim Date: Starts Feb. 7th @ 3:00 PM GMT | Link to countdown
You’ll have 24 hours to claim your airdropped Tesseract(s) from the start time above! Link to claim here: https://lunabulls.com/mint. After listening to the community’s input, we elected to take a new holders snapshot at ~Jan. 19th 10:30PM GMT. This is to reward new LB holders and avoid giving free Tesseracts to paperhands that sold early. 🐂💎🙌

All LunaBull holders (per snapshot) can claim 1 free Tesseract.
All Alpha Bulls that submitted their wallet during the ~month we ran submissions (now closed) can claim 1 additional free Tesseract (2 total).
IMPORTANT⚠️: If you don’t claim your airdropped Tesseract(s) within the 24 hour window, they will be added to the pool of Tesseracts available for Mint.

Holder’s Mint Date: Starts Feb. 8th @ 3:00 PM GMT | Link to countdown
The Holder’s mint will start 24 hours after the airdrop claim begins and run for 24 hours. The amount of Tesseracts you can mint in this stage is decided by the number of LunaBulls you hold in your wallet (we will take a snapshot of LB holders right before the mint starts):

1–2 LBs: Mint 1 Tesseract
3 LBs: Mint up to 2 Tesseracts
4 LBs: Mint up to 3 Tesseracts
5 LBs: Mint up to 4 Tesseracts
6+ LBs: Mint up to 5 Tesseracts

Public Mint Date: Starts Feb. 9th @ 3:00 PM GMT | Link to countdown
If there are any Tesseracts remaining, the Public mint will start 24 hours after the Holder’s mint begins and run until all Tesseracts have been minted. You will be able to mint up to 5 Tesseracts per wallet during the Public mint (not including Tesseracts minted in previous stages).

Step-by-Step How to Claim Airdrop, Mint, and Use Your Tesseract

Claim Tesseract Airdrop

In the 24 hour airdrop window, you can go to https://lunabulls.com/mint to claim your Tesseract Airdrop. Note the separate tabs for Alpha & Holder Airdrops.

Holder’s Mint

After the Airdrop claim has concluded, LunaBull holders can go to the Holder Mint tab on https://lunabulls.com/mint to participate in the holder’s only mint. Remember, this phase only lasts for 24 hours (details above in article).

Public Mint

The Public Mint will begin 24 hours after the Holder’s Mint, IF there are any Tesseracts remaining, on the Public Mint tab of https://lunabulls.com/mint. Remember you can use the “Quantity” buttons to choose how many Tesseracts you want to mint in a single transaction!

Bonding a Tesseract to Your LunaBull

To bond a Tesseract to your LunaBull (upgrading it to 3D) all you have to do is:

Go to https://lunabulls.com/the-rupture.
Click the “Use Tesseract” button.
Using the arrows on the left, select the LunaBull you want to bond your Tesseract to.
Click the “Bond Tesseract” button & confirm the transaction.

And that’s it! The Tesseract is now bonded to your LunaBull, you’ve received your upgraded 3D LunaBull, and you can swap back & forth 2D<>3D at will!

Swapping Your LunaBull 2D<>3D

Now that a Tesseract has been bonded to your LunaBull, you can swap it back & forth between 2D & 3D whenever you’d like.

Go to https://lunabulls.com/the-rupture.
Click the “Interchange” button at the top of the page.
Using the arrows on the left, select the LunaBull you want to swap from 2D to 3D, or vice versa.
Click the “Interchange” button at the bottom of the page & confirm the transaction.

Only one version of your LunaBull NFT can be active at a time, so when you swap from one version to the other, the not-active version of your NFT is stored in the Tesseract smart contract.
